ABC magnetic dye-terminator sequencing clean-up kit consists of carboxyl magnetic beads pre-formulated with optimized binding buffer.  The magnetic beads can selectively and reversibly bind DNA fragments, allowing for the removal of dye-terminator, primers, salts and other impurities through a simple washing procedure. It requires no filtration or centrifugation and is easily performed manually or automatically. The magnetic dye-terminator sequencing clean-up kit provides a rapid, high throughput and low-cost dye-terminator removal for DNA sequencing application. It produces high purity DNA samples and ensures high quality sequencing results (typical read of length > 900 bp).
