ABC amine magnetic beads are uniform, superparamagnetic microspheres composed of magnetite core coated with protective polymer. The surfaces of the beads have been further modified with high density primary amine functional groups on the surface. The beads are used to covalently bind primary amine- or carboxyl-containing ligands.
