Introduction

Tosyl activated magnetic beads are super-paramagnetic particles with nominal size of 1 micron in diameter, modified with tosyl functional groups on the surface. Tosyl activated magnetic beads can be used to efficiently conjugate amine-containing ligands in both aqueous and organic solvents.
