Description

Maleimide magnetic beads are super-paramagnetic particles with nominal size of 1 micron in diameter, surface activated with maleimide. The maleimide activated surface allows covalent bond formation to thiol-containing biomolecules. Oligonucleotides, antibodies or other ligands with thiol groups can be easily coupled to the beads surface.
