ABC aldehyde magnetic beads are uniform, superparamagnetic microspheres composed of magnetite core coated with protective polymer. The surfaces of the beads have been further modified with aldehyde functional groups, which can readily covalently conjugate primary amine-containing biomolecules through reductive amination of aldehydes.
